Seasons & Reasons

Happy head of the year to you! Welcome to 5780. It’s a new era. The book of records are opened and your ABBA father is currently writing your entire year out. This is literally the most wonderful time of the year. It’s a reset, renewal of covenant, and most of all a divine opportunity to encounter our father in such an intimate way. How, you say? This is a rare moment where simultaneously the heavens and wells are opened. What was sown and submitted to the throne are now in motion!

While, God is writing, this is the ideal time to humble ourselves. We serve such a good good God. The books (your new chapter for the year is being written and sealed) are open and so should our hearts. Repentance should be our posture. Repenting for things you’ve done consciously and sub-consciously over the past year, sets the tone for the upcoming year.  The atmosphere is changing and demanding a shift to take place. Aligning with this moment will change the trajectory of your life forever.

This shift opens up a new era; marking the beginning of a new and distinct period of time. New year, new you and new wine. Your cup is about to runneth over! This year we are becoming like magnets and everything that is destined, ordained and set is gravitating to us. Godly lovers who were once behind are now being transitioned to the front. There is a reward for the righteous.

atone·ment

The exemplifying of human oneness with God. A reparation or expiation for sin.

October 8th from sun up till October 9th sun down is Yom Kippur (day of Atonement). It is considered the highest holy day of the year. A time of introspection, repentance and reconciliation. Followers( Jews and Christians) across the world are rigorously fasting and praying. Setting things right within their power and rendering the rest to God. Refusing to begin a new day or better yet a new era the same.

Lately, have you too, been feeling the gravity of an unusual pull to intercede and just to weep? Listen to your senses and spirit they are bowing to the times of God. Instead, of brushing it off, embrace it. Your spirit knows what time it is. It’s obeying the call or should I say the sound of the shofar (a ram’s-horn trumpet used by ancient Jews in religious ceremonies and as a battle signal, now sounded at Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur)? A sound proceeds a movement……..and it is time to move.

Godly lovers are placing their hearts filled with repentance at His feet. The books have been opened and it’s time for things to be sealed for the upcoming year. Are you ready? It is a set time to align every fiber of you with heaven. When the Lord’s Prayer declares, “Manifest your kingdom realm, and cause your every purpose to be fulfilled on earth, just as it is fulfilled in heaven.”‭‭(Matthew‬ ‭6:10‬ ‭TPT‬‬). Basically, what has already been ordained in heaven needs to come to pass here, through us.

According, to the Gregorian Calendar this word would be considered “late”.  However, this moment is marked on the Hebraic Calendar. Also, known as God’s time-table. Two days on our calendar is considered one day on His. It makes sense now when you hear, “God may not come when we want Him to, but He’s always on time.” Which, proves our sense of timing is a step behind Gods.

My endeavors are for you to tap into the synchronization of God. The Head of the year (Rosh Hashanah) is the Jewish New Year. I know y’all are loving the 2020 and 20/20 vision everyone is connecting with it. It sounds remarkable and rewarding. But hear me out?! Have you noticed that the fiscal year, banks and dealerships follow the rhythm of the Hebraic Calendar?

Right now the fiscal year has just changed. The new 2020 vehicles are now available. Every financial institution is mailing out “2020” calendars and planners. If you haven’t already noticed the time tables of God is three months before the worlds. So what if I told you the 20/20 vision starts now? You don’t have to wait till January 1st for the blessings of God to pour in. We are in this world but not of it.

Yes, we are under the new covenant and grace. However, that didn’t wipe away the time tables of God. So before this day ends let’s set our minds on things above. Aligning all three parts of us to become spiritual conduits. The song that’s been resonating within my spirit for the past couples of days sums it all up. Give Me You by Shana Wilson is my hearts song during this moment. The lyrics ignites a pure worship to come forth and the epitome of repentance,  “Give me you. Everything else can wait. Give me you. I hope I’m not too late. Lord, give me you. It’s me oh, Lord. I’m on my knees. Crying out to you. It’s me oh; Lord I’m on my knees. So, give me you.”

Love Always,
